Jasons was an underground hardcore punk band from Japan that first formed in 1991. The group eventually won over a
hugeunderground following in the mid 1990's for their unique signature blend of psychobilly, thrash, jam rock and plain hardcore
punk.Jasons originally split by 1999, and most of the bandmates went on to remain active in the Japanese music scene, most
notablywith frontman Hiroki going on to join Dt., guitarist Hiroki joining Dragon Ash and drummer Masayuki joining Most. In the
summerof 2013, Jasons surprisingly announced a revival, after nearly two decades apart. The group then toured a bit
throughout late2013 before splitting once more in 2014.
