Intastella was an alternative rock band from Manchester, England. It was formed in 1989 by members of the underground punk
band Laugh. Despite the punk connections, Intastella is notably much more mellow in sound and nature, taking influence from
numerous electronic/downtempo elements. After releasing nine singles, three albums and an EP, Intastella then disbanded in
1998.
