Ghetto Twiinz is a hip hop duo from New Orleans that first formed in 1991. Consisting of twin sisters Tonya and Tremethia
Jupiter, the duo hadsomemild commercial success, and were acclaimed for their rugged rap style. In 2001, Ghetto Twiinz
disbanded and retired from the rap scene. In2010,however, Ghetto Twiinz returned, first by opening up a show for Louisiana
legend Mystikal. Since then, the duo have been touring quiteregularly,although it is unclear if they will ever record any more
material.
