Unfortunately, Drunken Wisdom wound up disbanding by 1995. While the rest of the bandmates retired from the visual kei and music scene in general, frontman Atsuhiro went on to join the visual band Fame in 1997, which was a major change in the singer's musical style, tending to be much more poppy and alternative- driven. After the project folded in 1999, the bandmates of Fame (including Atsuhiro, who went by the name of Mahiro at this point) temporarily formed the band HybriD, which also disintegrated in 2001. Afterwards, Mahiro joined one last visual band, which was the monstrous underground band Owari Sakuragumi (尾張桜組), which included a history of a whopping 11 other members who were involved with this mysterious band. When Owari Sakuragumi split in early 2003, Mahiro then joined his fellow Drunken Wisdom and Fame bandmates in retirement. « hide
