Dis-n-Dat was a female hip hop duo from Florida that formed in 1991, consisting of real-life sisters Tishea and Tenesia Bennett. Originally backup dancers for local rapper MC Rod, Dis-n-Dat decided to become rappers in 1993, recording the single "Whoot, Here It Is!", a take on the popular 95 South single "Whoot, There It Is". Dis-n-Dat released one album in 1994 "Bumpin'", before going on a hiatus on a hiatus by 1996. In 1999, Dis-n-Dat briefly returned, but ultimately disbanded for good in 2000.
