Azita

Azita (born Azita Youssefi) is a cult avant-garde musician. She first became known as the charasmatic frontwomen for the cult experimental band The Scissor Girls, until its split in 1996. She formed one last band, Bride of No No, which also folded in 2003, and Azita has been a solo artist ever since. In comparison to Azita's earlier bands, her solo material tends to be of a lot more straightforward, mellow nature, often taking influence from indie pop and alternative rock.
