wow those slower tracks really kill the mood; they're not bad but it would've been better if they were on another album. rips pretty hard ngl when it's the sludge/core goodness

Its like I ended the first 3 song combo feeling this is gonna be the best heavy record of this year and then I got so depressed at what follows. Those slower tracks feel so clean, limp, lifefeless and work completely against the vocals. Execution leaves to be desired.

i agree with the slow clean vox comment however the last song is really good and moves well. singing is just not pleasant to me at all tho

This wound up being one of my favorites this year. Aside from the first part of A World of Joy, the slower songs were a high point for me. I Am Healed, Isolation, and Broken absolutely bang.

Been jamming this more lately, slow songs still haven't grown on me much like I hoped. I either skip or it becomes 10 minutes of background music until the good shit starts up again
