New Pure Reason Revolution

Pure Reason Revolution have posted the new song "Victorious Cupid" and a demo sampler of tracks from their new album, Amor Vincit Omnia, the follow up to their critically acclaimed 2006 debut The Dark Third, on their myspace. The album is due for release on March 9.

Seems like the song has been up for a while, but I don't remember seeing anything about this, so I posted it. Sorry if it's a repost.

Yeah I guess there was a limited-release EP with this on it that came out about a year ago, but it's new to me and probably most people.This Message Edited On 02.12.09

decent band, they have some great songs but most are bit overdone.

Unfortunately, the new album lacks completely in the dream-like spaciness found in the Dark Third. It sounds like they stripped away nearly everything that made them stand out as a rock band, aside from the excellent vocal harmonies.

I found the album, I'll probably come out of review hibernation for it. Overall I'm pretty disappointed.
