It's the same song, Abdar. The NS version is not wildly different from the NTFP recording but it's re-done.

Intro is a little different, scream in the bridge is gone and the production is a bit better. End result isn't as good. And you should hear Cities before NS.

Better band obviously, but yeah. Best of's only make sense when you have much more material.

they've only got like 4 or 5 albums sofar, a best of album seems pretty unnecesary.
Maybe tooth and nail are woried Anberlins star will burn out before they make any more money off of them

Not necessarily. The label essentially owns the rights to those songs. They can do what they like with them. Look what happened with Deftones when they made that song 'Back to School Mini Maggot', the label re-released White Pony against the bands wishes.

atreyu's greatest hits was the best album ever made. surely, this will be good too. because best ofs are always good. you can't make a bad one. it's impossible

i hate when bands release best of albums after 3-4 ,or even less, releases. just comes off as cheap and money grabbing. especially disheartening since anberlin is one of the few current mainstream alternative bands i actually listen to.

The only best of album that actually helped me was P.O.D.'s, since I loved every song on it & didn't like all their other songs.
