The track list and release date should be added to this btw as they are both easily accessible
|
| |
the OG returns
|
| |
What is the release date? I’m excited for this now
|
| |
April 26
|
| |
Was waiting for the drums to kick in
|
| |
Same then I realized it's the intro track and is just a massive cock tease
|
| |
Oooh might be good then
|
| |
I hope he incorporates his earlier sound more so than ISAM and if he does continue in that direction I hope it's a bit better at least
|
| |
It wont, nor should it considering ISAM was an utter game changer
|
| |
forreal, the main reason why ppl use 3d projection mapping in their performances. the sound design on that record was damn cool.

"I hope he incorporates his earlier sound more so than ISAM and if he does continue in that direction I hope it's a bit better at least"
Saaaame bro
|
| |
Isam was an exciting new direction and really good in its own right, but could've been a little more memorable and impactful. This new one has the potential to be another fresh direction since it's 8 years later now, and after Dark Jovian as a palette cleanser.
|
| |
"could've been a little more memorable and impactful"
yea if he didn't disappear after pretty much 8 years
|
| |
I'm gonna be pretty disappointed if this track is representative of the album as a whole, but I can see it being a good intro track for sure. I love 2/3 of ISAM a LOT so I hope he continues in that direction personally. I doubt he would backtrack.

| |
If you dont understand how isam is one of the most important electronic releases of the 2010s you weren't paying enough attention.
|
| |
Isam is a great album for sure. I really appreciate how challenging and textured it is from beginning to end. Reminds me of mid-career Aphex Twin or Oneohtrix Point Never a bit.
|
| |
I'll relisten to ISAM but was bored the last few times and prob just ended up putting supermodified on instead
