Onde Born is awesome!

I hope this isn't as mind boggingly average as the last one
| |
Gonna at least give this a shot. I don't think the album or the EP are as bad as a lot of people make them out to be so this could actually be cool.
| |
She's been nothing but mediocre since she started but this acoustic style might suit her better. I'll give it a shot
| |
i thought it was better than her black metal recordings, but only by a bit
| |
Gave the second track a listen and it's easily the best thing I've heard by her. Will listen to the rest when I have time
| |
a nice rendition of Song To Hall Up High, although I would have liked to hear the full choir in the last verse.
| |
anorexic black metal
she hasnt even got enough power in her arms to play tremolo riffs
| |
lol i guess thats why this album isnt even black metal anymore
| |
Posted this article because the album's surprisingly good. Guitars, vox, and piano all sound great.
| |
Yeah this is actually really good.
| |
Bathory cover? i'll check that at least...
| |
aww...an interlude bathory song..still well done. worth actually listening to this in full?
| |
For sure. This is the best thing she's done so far tbh.
| |
Really impressed with these renditions
Hoping she goes full Garm and realizes that she should not be shackled to the female BM niche/gimmick. She honestly has potential to do something great.
| |
This is great! I enjoyed it a lot, she has a beautiful voice that pairs really well with the piano/acoustic guitar.
| |
I ran out of Bandcamp listens.. that Bathory cover is fantastic.

amazing that a popular artist managed to have music that's finally listenable
| |
would have rather heard these recorded properly rather than a live record which forces too much reverb on the vox and not enough depth and spacing in the mix. Otherwise could have been kveldessanger-ish
| |
I think they were recorded properly; all that cavernous echoey junk makes it sounds spooooookyyyyyy.
| |
In an age of studio trickery it's refreshing to hear live performances done this well. Can't really fake your way through one take.
