For crying out loud, I don't even like RHCP and this has me shouting "come on!" in my mind.

Hope he's doing fine, stay strong dude !
|

|
| |
And the world would be down a hack. Guess he couldn't stomach the thought AHAHAHA erm
|
| |
Maybe he had sickness from flying in an Aeroplane. Or maybe he had one too many at the Coffee Shop. Is it possible he's been doing drugs Under the Bridge again? By the Way I hope they won't have to do surgery. There would definitely be some Scar Tissue for Anthony.
|
| |
You better get back up, considering I'm supposed to be seeing you play in a week.
|
| |
What a result. There's many a time I've wanted to hospitalise keidis

He'll probably be fine, maybe it's a burst appendix though who knows?!
|
| |
I guess he shouldn't have eaten those red hot chili peppers.
|
| |
On a serious note, I hope he's okay.
|
| |
damn hope it's nothing serious. Prolly all those years of drug abuse caught up with him...
|
| |
Awful lot of assholes in this thread. Damn. Hope it's minor and he gets back on his feet soon.
|
| |
The fuck is wrong with you people?
I hope this won't Knock Him Down too much. Especially since I paid a lot of money to see them next week.
|
| |
He should write a song called Habanero Hospitalization now.
In seriousness though, hope he's doing alright
|
| |
that sucks
|
| |
Habanero Hospitalization does sound like a current RHCP song title tbf...
|
| |
Wow so many assholes in here.
I'm sure it's just a minor thing.
|
| |
This thread:
*stupid unfunny joke
*"but seriously hope he's okay
|
| |
Hopefully it's not acute pancreatitis... that shit happened to me a couple months ago and it felt like childbirth.
|
| |
He does have HEP C, so I am not surprised in the least if we ever hear he's hospitalized again. On that note though, I do like RHCP and hope he can rest up and get jumping around again.
|
| |
Maybe he just has Butterflies
oh wait that's Crazy Town rapping over a RHCP riff
|
| |
He's about to die
|
| |
He sucked the kiss too hard
|

Damn, hope he's okay. Sounds like it might be acute appendicitis?
|

Read his biography and you will hate him. At least I certainly do now.

whys that

Basic pattern:
1. Struggle for success
2. Get success
3. Do speedballs until hospitalization and alienation of friends and family
4. Get "clean"
5. Repeat 2-4 for the next 300 pages
It's quite tedious and shows how someone with great opportunity continues to do his best to throw it all away.
|
| |
He certainly doesn't come off as a very likeable character in his biography... Main problem for me was that he seems to be a totally egocentric and humorless person. Bad and annoying combination imo. But hey, he's the one who has to cope with himself in the first place.

Amazing someone who has read the book can even say that is the pattern of his drug addiction/use!
|
| |
That's basically what the book is about. Or it feels that way.
|
| |
He clearly had issues way before the band had any semblance of success. The success only seemed to fuel his addiction as he became more and more isolated until he finally kicked the habit. The book is less about a "basic pattern" of success fueled drug addiction but about someone working through his demons. I found it to be incredible although it got a bit repetitive towards the last 70 pages or so.
