I am digging it. Glad they brought some more electronic elements into their sound, I thought they got rid of the industrial sound after Codex.

I really dug their older material, especially ITCOTBW and HIEAATDAH, but I haven't listened to them since =(

Really hope this gets me into them again.

historically, this band has needed to drop their lulzy cleans just like most deathcore bands have needed to drop their lulzy breakdowns.

I'm actually digging the cleans. They're not used a ton so it's a nice change when they do show up like in the chorus to "Idol."

I liked the cleans on most of the albums except for Passion. Nothing beats Between Shit and Piss We Are Born though.

thank jesus they're not used that much. Some of them were OK and some were cheesy. The punky section in 'Sub Specie...' was cool.

They're a bit cheesy in parts but the variation it adds to the album makes it way easier to stay interested in. Between the sparing cleans and electronics this is probably the easiest Nathrakh album to listen through, for me at least

I got through the whole thing. Not as evil or heavy (guitar tone-wise) as Constellation, which was my favorite of theirs. 3/5.

Seeing these guys on 1 November along with a host of other great bands at Damnation Festival. Cannot wait.

Sounds like Anaal Nathrakh doing what Anaal Nathrakh do, only with slightly more 'power metal' cleans. Pretty solid overall.

The Black Metal is strong with this one... I agree, it would probably be in their best interests to do away with the clean vocs.

I don't mind the cleans at all. But I can see how it would be an improvement without them though.

Damn you guys are crazy. This is really good, the cleans are a little surprising but very fitting actually. pretty unique band what with the grind, black metal, and industrial mash up.

Idk, the cleans are kinda neutral. They don't add much but it's not like they distract from everything else. (particularly since they're not used as much) This album is probably good morning commute/waking up music. (like most Anaal Nathrakh stuff)

I've listened to this 4 times so far...on my firth listen. This is probably my favorite. I listened to Enslaved-Axioma Ethica Odini, and their Constellation of the black widow album between...this is better than both.
