I actually really enjoyed this, despite not really enjoying the snow sessions.

Ugh, even worse than the original. Not much of a reimagining.

Seriously the best acoustic reimagining of a preexisting song. The whole band is utilized, everything layers together well, the little dweedly guitar bits are awesome, and the vocals sound even better. Unimagine was one of my favorite records of 2013 and this ep is blowing me away even though it contains no new songs.

Massive soft spot for this band, they are absolutely top guys as well. I like the track and will be interested in how the rest of the ep turns out.

I love both their albums, and even enjoy the acoustic versions they have available on YouTube. This was an absolute pleasure to listen to, I really look forward to more just like it.

hmmm... I would rather have an EP with new songs but this is still good news I guess. The song is nothing great though just something you can sing to in your car lol.

Lotta comparisons to I The Mighty but that band just doesn't compare to them in my eyes. ITM's hooks just slide right out of my head. They are pleasant but they just don't stick with me like HLH

@Dancedrewdance ;)

tbh I'm a little disappointed, after seeing the news title and then figuring out it's just acoustics versions

Reminds me a little of Jamie's Elsewhere'a reimagine

I agree @gameofmetal. I enjoy my favourite tracks from Unimagine a lot more than I do my favourites from Satori. Both stellar albums though.

The article saying they are "performed alternatively" is kind of misleading. I was hoping it meant some kind of total restructuring, not just acoustic versions.

I dont think it is as they are the words the band uses themselves.

Give these guys points, this isn't like most bands acoustic tracks where it's literally just guitar and vocals. They actually work in every member in great ways.
