Judgement is one of my favourite albums of all time. I liked their last couple of releases too. High hopes for this.

internal landscapes and the storm before the calm on their last album were great

basically they still write good music but the lyrics could use a little work in a few songs

Even if their next album is some estrogenic hipster tripe, I'll probably still like it. One constant with this band is that they always seem to get the dynamics just right.

"A Simple Mistake" is the best song that Anathema has released in years—maybe ever, but it's also the only standout track from their last three albums, combined. After Weather Systems I think I've finally come to a point where I've given up on ever hearing an Anathema album as enjoyable as Judgment or Alternative 4.
