Bane Recording Final Album

2013-12-27 by Nu Metal | 17 Comments
Longtime hardcore legends Bane are set to record their latest album, Don't Wait Up, which is due to be released at some point in 2014. They will be hitting up Gateway Studio with Jay Mass to record it.

Guitarist Aaron Dalbec had this to say on the matter,

"We are so excited to finally hit the studio to record what will be our final record ... Fans can expect a record that spans the sounds and emotions of nearly 20 years of being a band."

When you have made one more album, then... then I give you permission to split up.

i doubt this is the actual end for them

they prolly won't ever fully split up, i'd just imagine this means they're not going to relentlessly tour anymore

Too bad about this one, but I loved seeing them in basements in college. Hopefully they put out a solid final record.

will cry while listening to. one of the best ever. this band has had a huge influence on my life and
"give blood" is one of the most essential hardcore records ever made.

My half-brother and I can't wait to gleefully listen to this album while eating delicious pizza pies. We will consume copious amounts of various hallucinogens just seconds before beginning our listening session.

On a side-note, his last name is spelled Maas, not Mass. Not too big of a deal, but just thought it should be mentioned.
