Sounds pretty cool, I'll have to give it a try.

Interesting hearing someone else trying to sing the parts from Hexagram.

Why do these bands sound the same?

The vocals on Minerva can't compare. Good Morning Beautiful is definitely a different take. Sounds like a metalcore song
now.

Skimming through them, Deathblow has to be my favorite cover. Hexagram was the only heavy song done well at all since the rest blew.

Doubt this'll have anything on those fantastic Japanese and Korean Loveless tribute albums

Not saying covers have to sound exactly like the original songs or anything, but damn, none of these guys have any kind of intensity or sense of atmosphere like Deftones do.

an adequate tribute would at the very least require a bit of time to develop the songs, not some knee-jerk reaction to his death

Hexagram has been done well by that one deathcore band and that otha deathcore band, so I'm up to covas.

Hopefully the album's best track, When Girls Telephone Boys, is done well.

Sometimes I forget how amazing the chorus of Hexagram is

Well, they didn't completely butcher Hexagram, but I think I'd rather just listen to the original album.

HeyYouWorse was easily the best, they did a great job covering Deathblow. (Best track of the album)

Not bad, but if they covered the songs from White Pony, I'd be very interested.

Downloaded it but not expecting much. I imagine Deftones' songs are difficult to cover well.

It is great as far as cover albums are concerened and holds up well so far.

Deathblow and When Girls... are well done covers. The rest for the most part, are downright bad.

Meh. Kinda like the Hexagram track though. Too be honest though no-one is ever going to be able to "do" Deftones as good as Deftones
