Well. Yeah. It's better, but it isn't saying much. I really disliked Era Vulgaris. It was the biggest letdown for me that year.

I really enjoy every song off the album. One of the better albums in the QOTSA discography IMO. It feels quite different from anything they've done though.

Yea I will be rating this higher than a 3.5. Every song is solid and has something interesting about it.

"Vampyre of Time and Memory" is fantastic. "I Appear Missing" topples most of their discography. "My God is the Sun" is their hardest rocking song in 11 years.
Homme's still got it. I was worried.
