It would suck if the album leaked. All this promotion would end up useless. I believe this will be their most eclectic record to date.

Well. Yeah. It's better, but it isn't saying much. I really disliked Era Vulgaris. It was the biggest letdown for me that year.

I loved Era Vulgaris, even though it was pretty straight forward. So I'm sure I will adore this record.

My least favorite of them, after three listens. It has some really good songs though.

I really enjoy every song off the album. One of the better albums in the QOTSA discography IMO. It feels quite different from anything they've done though.

I think it's actually my favorite QOTSA record now. It's so varied that it's practically prog.

Dunno if I like it more than Songs for the Deaf yet, but it's very close based on first hearing.

Yea I will be rating this higher than a 3.5. Every song is solid and has something interesting about it.

"Vampyre of Time and Memory" is fantastic. "I Appear Missing" topples most of their discography. "My God is the Sun" is their hardest rocking song in 11 years.

Homme's still got it. I was worried.
