Digging: Nujabes - Luv(sic) Part 1-6
FUCKING YES!!!! Been waiting on them to release a new song for ages.
Inb4 Shuyin jizzes himself
Digging: My Sleeping Karma - Tri
But he was the one that posted this...
Damnitt..... oh well. I can only imagine how long it took him to clean up his pants before he posted this
This year just keeps getting better
"Damnitt..... oh well. I can only imagine how long it took him to clean up his pants before he posted this"
He was also the first person to comment on their fb page, no surprises there ahaha. Those stains are now a part of him, and will serve a constant reminder over the years on how much MotA means to him
Gave the song a few more listens and damn, it's so fucking good! Even more excited for this album
its a really, really awesome song
competition with cult of lulu right here
"Those stains are now a part of him, and will serve a constant reminder over the years on how much MotA means to him"
ahaha this is right, i love these guys.. some of their songs are like a perfect soundtrack to my life
There's also Amia Venera Landscape and Ulcerate, what a fucking awesome year for metal m/
If all the songs are going to be this good then it may surpass Vertikal
Digging: Turnover - Peripheral Vision
So happy MoTA hasn't decided to lose any of the bruatality in their sound like Neurosis, Mastodon, and Intronaut have done with horrible results. Looks like MoTA may be out to single handidly save brootal metal in 2013.
Digging: Jon Foreman - The Wonderlands: Sunlight
if it does surpass Vertikal, then its going to be a clean 5.
^ Mas21, although I see what you're saying, you'd have to consider that those 3 bands you mentioned (well 2) have been around for longer and have always had bigger audiences. This is not to say that their newer music was not less convincing (now all 3 of them) than their older one but just that it came out as a natural evolution of their sound I think.
Anyway, I hope the other songs on the album are not like this one
This is one of the best songs I've heard this year
"So happy MoTA hasn't decided to lose any of the bruatality in their sound like Neurosis, Mastodon, and Intronaut have done with horrible results."
everything they've done since violence has been impressive
*everything they've done since 2003 has been impressive
If the rest of the album keeps this quality this will be the AotY.
'So happy MoTA hasn't decided to lose any of the bruatality'
they only got heavy since Quietly, but every album is somewhat different from the others so who knows.. this band goes through a lot of line up changes. and yea, the song still rules hard
never realized their name spelled mota lol
yea, it means motorcycle in portuguese
How much has the line up changed since Quietly?
This is so tasty
in spanish mota = weed
'How much has the line up changed since Quietly?'
im only certain that Vernon left, its hard to come up with info on these bastards
'in spanish mota = weed'
LOL this is my mota
this song was amazing already but I just listened to it through a pair of good headphones rather than my laptop speakers and holy shit this album will be AotY material
This is definitely my most anticipated. The songs seems to only get better for me.
High hopes that every other song is this good!
I fucking love the part:
BUT THE SCARS WILL REMAIIINNNNN
The keyboard in the background is so simple yet fits so well too
"holy shit this album will be AotY material"
doesn't really sound that good
Probably left your speakers on mute
4/5 seems too low based on how good It Swarms is
those guys dont know shit, song was a 5
