UK metalcore quintet Bring Me The Horizon are streaming one of the three bonus tracks from their upcoming album Sempiternal due out April 2nd via Epitaph records. The track 'Deathbeds' features guest vocals from tattoo artist and BMTH vocalist Oli Sykes' girlfriend Hannah Snowdon.
Digging: Daylight Dies - A Frail Becoming
Song is pretty awesome imo. They should have just left it on the album, I guess they didn't think it really fit their style enough. Now this song actually has some noticeable post-rock influence to it.
Digging: Sigur Ros - Ágætis Byrjun
Agreed. The song is really cool.
Goddamnit I never thought I would be praising BMTH. The album is undeniably good though.
Well that was awful. Glad it wasn't on the album.
Digging: Shreddy Krueger - The Grieving
definitely should have been on album. -anti-vist and crooked young
they are so stupid for not having this in place of anti-vist
Digging: Waxahatchee - American Weekend
Album is pretty sick, should have added all the bonus songs in.
This should have definitely been on the album, goddamn
this song rules
This really should have been on the album. Might be a silly question but if a band records 13-14 songs is it the label that decides the final tracklist or the band? Because I've heard stories where bands complained that they didn't have a say what went on the final cut of the album.
I think tracks are cut because they don't fit the flow, the band only wants a certain running time, or they want to offer preorder/region bonuses. Minus the Bear, for example, always has amazing bonus tracks that are better than most of the album, but they don't fit the general style of said album so they are cut
well that sucked.
Digging: City Lights - The Way Things Should Be
The bonus tracks for this album all suck, imo. Glad they were not on the actual album.
Digging: Das EFX - Dead Serious
Not too shabby. I might just pick up the deluxe version now.
This is a cool song, don't think I could handle an entire album of it though
this is a really superb track. Would have been one of the highlights.
This should have been on the album its beyond epic. Those vocals are amazing.
holy shit this is just great
oh come on neo. if anyone else made this you'd be all over it.
Listened again because apparently it's amazing, but no, I don't hear it. Oli is barely a step above speaking, and his girlfriend's voice isn't anything special. Instrumentals are almost non-existent, song depends on the vocals to carry, and they can't. So... what everyone else is hearing I don't know. As shitty as Anti-vist is I'd rather listen to it than this if I had to choose.
Didn't enjoy the album so prob won't enjoy this.
dude, like I said about the album, step up, but still not my cup of tea. I dig Oli's screaming now though
I like this song alot. I'm hoping the other bonus tracks are sweet too.
Its a step up from previous efforts, i just still don't dig it, i'll give the track a chance though.
That was pretty awesome, but I can see why they would leave it out. Putting something like this in the middle of the album would disrupt the flow immensely.
Digging: Childish Gambino - Because The Internet
it was kind of boring, but it was too bad.
Just got around to listening to this and it is absolutely nothing special. Kind of glad they left it off the album
Band is fucking awful
Shut up about the post rock. Not everything is post rock. Definitely not this. At all.
Digging: Kvelertak - Kvelertak
I just can't get into this band at all.
song's aight, wouldn't go any further than that. Glad it's not on the album.
Agreed with what people have said about this being in replace of Anti-vist. Wtf were they thinking?
Digging: Psyclon Nine - [Order of the Shadow: Act I]
Digging: Burial - Rival Dealer
song is A+
Ha this is actually isn't all that bad
Heard 3 songs from the album and they sucked dick, so i wont get it, but if this was a part of the album and this was the first time i heard them i might've gotten the album in full expecting more
Nothing too interesting but not bad
Digging: Aphex Twin - Selected Ambient Works 85-92
still enjoying this album a great deal while driving
This song was really underwhelming. Better than Anti-Vist I suppose.
I'm starting to like Anti-Vist. It sounds great with the rest of the album.
It's like "Don't Go," except "Don't Go" was annoying.
Not bad at all.
Song's awesome, it should have been on the record instead of THAT song almost no one liked, including me.
Song's ok, bit tepid
"they are so stupid for not having this in place of anti-vist"
Digging: Mansions - Doom Loop
Cool song. Why does Anti-vist exist again?
why's everyone ridin this band's dick
Digging: Neat Beats - Cosmic Surgery
Deathbeds gonna get its own EP page for rating separately from Sempiternal?
The two bonus songs definitely should have been on the album, well worth it.
aweome song but i'd skip it if it were on the album. pretty much the thing i'd go to sleep to.
Anti-vist is pretty funny actually
Would've fit well into the album instead of Anti-vist.
Digging: Down - NOLA
pretty damn good.
Digging: Neil Davidge - Halo 4 Original Soundtrack
Middle fingers UP!
If you don't give a FUCK!
Digging: Rishloo - Eidolon
links sends me to a miss may i page.
but yeah song rulez
holy crap what a bland song
Digging: Mayak and Smile To The Wind - Split EP
needs more breakdowns and gutturals
really great bonus song as well: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDWgCRBP4-4
Well i'm happy that the bonus edition isn't going to be one disc with the bonus tracks at the end. i hate when bands do that.
Digging: Brandon Boyd - Sons Of The Sea Compass
Actually in total this album has 4 bonus tracks. Get your facts straight.
I've only heard two, that's why I named the two I heard.
i wasnt directing towards you its cool man.. there is deathbeds, chasing rainbows, join the cub, and another one reeased in a diferent country or some shit i cant remember
