Built On Secrets Debut Album 2013-03-11 by iGuter | 8 Replies | 660 Views |
Australian, post hardcore band Built On Secrets have been hard at work on their debut album since their EP was released back in 2010. The Aussies made a huge announcement on their Facebook and on YouTube that they had signed a worldwide deal with Artery Recordings and their debut album The Disconnect would be released in Australia May 17th and worldwide May 21st. They also announced the release of a new single "Sleepwalker" featuring guest vocals from Will Pugh of the band Cartel, and will be released March 18th.

Band is awesome. Breakdown and scream vocal free post-hardcore.

^that description sounds closer to pop-punk to me than post-hardcore. Plus they have the singer from cartel guest vocal-ing
maybe i'll check them out

I loved their EP, can't wait to listen to the full-length. They remind me of a less technical Closure in Moscow.

It doesn't sound like pop-punk though. Their ep didn't at least.

More like Circa Survive-esque alt rock/post-hc

It sounds like they have a new lead singer.
