New HIM album

Finnish love metal band HIM have announced the release of Tears On Tape, scheduled to be out on April 29 through Razor & Tie and Double Cross Records.

Besides the standard edition, the band will release a Fanpack edition that will include a 132-page magazine edited by frontman Ville Valo, a double sided, door-sized poster, along with a couple of exclusive bonus tracks. If ordered before April 2, the Fanpack will also include a personalized poster featuring the owner's name.

That was a cover, much like Solitary Man, but yeah, it wasn't a big deal. That new song they played live sounds like some Dark Light material. I hope they went back to a harder set of songs.

Venus Doom is severely overlooked (by HIM fans). they got huge for like a year with Dark Light, then no one gave a two shits about Venus Doom despite being their best album.
