I was just stalking Kenn's Facebook page and he had posted about the band coming back from the 70,000 Tons of Metal show on February 2nd and how great it was. So, whatever happened just barely wen down.

good starting place imo, might be their best. that and obscura are really close for me, but TEoS is more accessible and I've been digging it a lot harder lately so that's what I say

eh I dunno man, I'd say start w/ TEoS but you could prob go chrono from there. I'm not good at recommending what order to go thru discogs in. all of their albums rule

Well, this is rather depressing news. I was really looking forward to this album, expecting it to compete with Voivod for AOTY. Well....Voivod, your competition just got thinner.

One of the best Progressive Thrash bands ever, sucks that the new material won't see daylight anytime soon

I'm gonna be straight up honest with you Kill, I could 5/5 the new Voivod in time. I've probably gone through that album at least 30 times and I'm convinced it's the best retro metal album since god knows when.

And yes, I'm disappointed in this news.

And Willie, you should invest in the Decibel Mag. issue where they retired Reason. I believe it was there Thrash Metal special released 2 years ago. Needless to say it's a damn good interview and history on the band.
