clean and well produced sound. I am really ready for this album now.

I hope there are a couple songs with AOJB-level choruses. Something with more heart, if you know what

Jesse sounds a bit too much like Speed with his harsh vocals now but this song is still quite entertaining

ADD was my jam back when it came out!

I don't think they can really pull off something truly well-rounded or above average unless they significantly evolve their style. There's only so much you can do with the metalcore sound, and even though they did it really well for a few albums, it just needs to change or die.

The problem for me is in prime Killswitch the verses are dark and heavy and then the chorus's get melodic on a dime. That's what made it so good. These days even the verses always have a melodic twang to them. This song's not bad tho.

Decent song. I put it on and started to talk to a friend, but it ended and I completely forgot it was even on. A little forgettable and didn't grab my attention.

I always liked My Curse back in the day. That was it though, never liked the rest of their material. Same still applies. But I am really picky.

I'm kind of indifferent towards the chorus, but the rest of the song is sweet.

The opening riff is nice, but the song sounds as if it may have been written for Howard more than Jesse...or "bland choruses" have just become synonymous with Howard, for me. In either case, this is super average.

So fucking stoked that they're returning to the AOJB sound. Gonna be rocking to this and AOJB for a while now.

Talk about an average chorus. One of the reasons I love AOJB is because Jesse totally nailed pretty much every chorus. The two new songs have had very underwhelming ones. Song is alright, I was really pumped for this album initially but I'm losing faith that it will be anything close to special.

If I wasn't told Jesse was back in the band, I honestly never would have known. Most of the vocals sound just like Howards.

i've never really been into Killswitch, but if they got rid of the clean chorus, this wouldn't actually be that bad, imo Howard does better highs but that about it really Jesse seems better overall

Andy Sneap is great! He is good with balance and sound stage. Interesting that Adam D didn't do all of
the sound production. Andy did work on Alive or Just Breathing and the End of Heartache, so it makes
sense.

I loved and miss Howard due to his distinct vocals, but you gotta love Jesse coming back especially when they make something that sounds much better than expected. His vocals are different than before and they almost sound like a different band to me. I'm definitely excited to hear the rest.
