also: dead can dance, nick cave, sigur ros, james blake, grimes, wu-tang clan, foals, dropkick murphys, moby, modest mouse, passion pit, infected mushrooms, four tet, aesop rock, beach house, metric, tame impala, gaslight anthem, and so on -- all of the bands i know 90% of you love.

was hoping for them to drop a big surprise like....Fugazi. or Bowie, what with him having a new album on the way.

Coachella always seems to have great line-ups though.

If The Stone Roses, Blur, New Order, Modest Mouse, Japandroids, The Gaslight Anthem, Tame Impala, Phoenix, Lou Reed, Beach House, Johnny Marr, Earl Sweatshirt, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Sigur Ros, Grizzley Bear, Descendants, Violent Femmes, Spiritualized, Biffy Clyro, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nick Cave, Vampire Weekend, Social Distortion, Wu-Tang Clan, James Blake, and Dinosaur Jr. are enough for you then you're just too hard to please. Plus, I'm still just gonna assume that either Bowie or the Stones will make a surprise appearance.

Headliners are not as good as last year, but the meat of the line-up is really solid. I would love to hit this up.
