Indie rock group The Dear Hunter have announced the tracklisting of their new album, Migrant, due for an April 2nd release. Preorders for the new album, and their long anticipated live performance of The Color Spectrum on DVD are now up for preorder on The Dear Hunter's merch store, along with a stream of a new song, "Whisper": http://thedearhunter.merchnow.com/ Vinyl pressings of the album are currently limited to 1500.

So these guys are pretty sweet, and I've seen them live like 4 times now because they're always opening for people I like (and they were an added incentive for going of course). I was most infatuated by their stuff after Act 2 dropped, and when Act 3 dropped I was kind of starting to feel like, okay these guys are cool but even though their sound is somewhat eclectic for what they're doing, I just always know what they're going to sound like.
So when the massive TCS was dropped, I knew it was so much good music, but I just could NOT get the motivation to listen in full. Maybe now that I've taken a bit of a break I can go back and check it, I really do wanna like these dudes. Casey's great.
