Yessss, hopefully this will be more like The Latter Rain than Mantra
awesome. haven't heard the debut (which I probably should), but Mantra rules
Digging: Pia Fraus - After Summer
Digging: The Wonder Years - The Greatest Generation
good news! Mantra is kinda cool, there's this track that is a complete rip-off of Morbid Angel's Domination e_e. K, now this one will hopefully sound more like tool!
Album name sounds like a Tool reference.
i remember thinking mantra was cheesy beyond words
Digging: The National - Trouble Will Find Me
Way to copy Tool with that album title. The definition of a mediocre band right here.
Digging: Vhol - VHOL
These guys are incredible sporadically, but they've yet to release a consistent album. Album title is cheesy.
Digging: Polkadot Cadaver - Last Call in Jonestown
Digging: The Dillinger Escape Plan - One of Us Is the Killer
The Latter Rain was awesome. And Ænigma is the latin spelling of Enigma, not a fucking Tool title ripoff.
Cool. Been wondering if they were ever gonna get around to a follow-up.
Lol people who sees Tool everywhere. Probably people who never heard of Rush or King Crimson.
Judging for the cover it will sound more like Baroness, which is not a bad thing.
Zion, the way the title is presented suggests otherwise, no need to defend a shit band.
Judging for the cover it will sound more like Baroness, which is not a bad thing.I am sure that's not gonna happen no matter how similar the cover might be to a Baroness album cover.
And Karl, where's the love eh? Both of their albums have grown off me a bit but I think that's mostly due to overplay, as I like the band. Yeah, you heard me, these guys are damn solid!
Digging: Hacride - Back To Where You've Never Been
Venn Rain > In Vain
Digging: Lee Bannon - Never Mind The Darkness Of It
what a pointless comparison. is it because they both have ain in their names?
Styles, this just isn't for me.
Haha I know I know, just bringing some positivism along with me!
Looking forward to this but I will be expecting a lame ass track about the Native Indians.
Digging: Queens of the Stone Age - ...Like Clockwork
"what a pointless comparison. is it because they both have ain in their names?"
simply a little anecdote
