Digging: Zavala - Fantasmas
it's better than anonymous
They're alright but nothing more imo
I haven't listened through the whole thing yet, but I like it thus far. It's the best they've been since their debut album, if you ask me.
"so like most of pattons projects"
Are you kidding me
Sounding pretty cool, bit of a throwback to their debut
Best is still Mit Gas m/
Almost finished streaming it... feels a little samey atm, lots of tracks seem to take a similar creepy/ramshackle/subdued route
At the same time this has sweet atmosphere and some rad riffs/melodies, feeling a 3.5 on this
I can dig it.
I'm one of the people who thought Anonymous was awesome
haven't care for them since s/t. might check this out later.

love patton but come on have you heard have the stuff he's worked on? this is accurate
Well Faith No More, Fantomas and Mr. Bungle are all godlike, I also love Tomahawk, Peeping Tom, Lovage and his work with John Zorn. His soundtrack stuff is mostly really good, as was that EP with Dillinger Escape Plan.
So most of his projects being alright but nothing more... yeah, I don't think so
Loving it. Haven't listen to Tomahawk in years... time for a timewarp!
i like his work on L4D

I can't disagree with this.
You could say in recent years he's spread himself a bit thin, as in he did his best work in the 90s when he didn't have his fingers in so many pies. But for the huge amount of work he takes on he still delivers hard
Digging this new album quite a lot now
Mr Bungle and Faith No More are both amazing, Only Fantomas album I really like, is The Directors Cut, Tomahawk are mostly slightly above average, so I have mid to low expectations for this, time to take a listen...
Really? TDC is my least favourite Fantomas album
I'm digging this, gonna write a review
