The Postal Service reunite
2013-01-21 by iGuter | 48 Replies | 2019 Views

The Postal Service are officially getting back together. The band members- Ben Gibbard (Death Cab for Cutie) and Jimmy Tamborello (Dntel)- have a website saying "The Postal Service: 2013." Billboard has confirmed that Sub Pop Records will release a 10th Anniversary Deluxe Edition of the band's album, Give Up. The band will be reuniting at Coachella's music festival.

Ben Gibbard has repeated many times that there are still no plans for a new album yet.

i liked the postal service. they were one of my gateway indie pop bands.
but as news relating to them this doesn't mean much to me if it's not a confirmation of a NA tour or a new album.

Aaaah, this reminds me of some awful memories of when my girlfriend was cheating on me and I should have listened to the piece of advise given by the title of the album. I liked some songs on it, I thought the rest would grow on me but grew bored instead. I'd still be happy if they release another one.
