Sounds original.

will sound like every other KSE album
Digging: Bomb the Music Industry! - Goodbye Cool World!
|

Some pretty terrible track names, but since Jesse's back this will probably be at least given a chance.
|
| |
no one has cared about this band since like 2005
|
| |
will probably be bad. still have a soft spot for these guys though so i'll check it out...also to see how they sound with jesse back
Digging: MIKTEK - [ Elsewhere ]
|
| |
this will probably be really good or laughably bad.
Digging: Across Five Aprils - Tragedy in Progress
|
| |
Not really interested in this, to be honest.
|
| |
disarm the dissent... doesn't arouse much excitement
|
| |
The song titles turn me to think it's gonna be laughably bad.
|
| |
Times of Grace is a pretty good indicator that Jesse won't save them
|
| |
Times of grace was just fine. Will be a solid album as usual.
|
| |
This is probably going to rule because Jesse is such a great vocalist. I'm glad hes back.
Digging: August Burns Red - Rescue & Restore
|
| |
"The song titles turn me to think it's gonna be laughably bad."
It's a metalcore album. Best not to judge its potential by its song titles.
Digging: Deafheaven - Sunbather
|
| |
Plus the guy has legit passion for his music
|
| |
It's a metalcore album. Best not to judge its potential by its song titles.
yeah they look like typical metalcore titles
|
| |
Times of Grace was even more tepid and uninspired than any Killswitch album
|
| |
Never been a big fan of the band but will check because Jesse is back. Always preferred him to Howard.
|
| |
I'll end up giving this a chance just cause Jesse is back.
|
| |
Ill end up checking this out. Hopefully it rules.
Digging: The Black Dahlia Murder - Everblack
|
| |
I have a nostalgia love for these guys although their last album was absolute crap
Digging: The Black Dahlia Murder - Everblack

"this will probably be really good or laughably bad."
it could also be average, which is what I'm expecting.
|
| |
nah andcas' predictions are flawless
Digging: Bill Evans - Waltz for Debby
|
| |
ok
|
| |
Interesting.
|
| |
I'm excited, though the song that leaked online was very unimpressive.
Digging: August Burns Red - Rescue & Restore
|
| |
This album will be a 3 at best. I really hope I am wrong, but l doubt it.
|
| |
Times Of Grace was easily better than the previous 2 KsE albums.
Digging: Demilich - Nespithe
|
| |
Here we go again.

Jesse [47892]
Digging: Inter Arma - Sky Burial
|
| |
those song names....yeesh
|
| |
alive or just breathing
Digging: Park - It Won't Snow Where You're Going
|
| |
I saw them live last week and they absolutely killed it. I think this will be a good release.
|
| |
Hope it's better than their last album, it was boring as hell.
|
| |
I don't think Jesse can save the band now. He's a great vocalist, but this band has run out of ideas as far as the music goes.
|
| |
Well, how about you wait until you've heard the new album in it's entirety before you make that assumption.
|
| |
Times of Grace is second only to AOJB guys.
|
| |
Okay whatever you say idiot
|
| |
this band is boring as shit.
Digging: Kylesa - Ultraviolet
|
| |
"Well, how about you wait until you've heard the new album in it's entirety before you make that assumption."
I will wait, but that is how I currently feel.
|
| |
I can't wait for the song about overcoming your obstacles
|
| |
I'm good on the shitty mainstream metalcore. Thanks tho.
|
| |
Metalcore song titles are never anything fancy, so I'm not gonna ideas just yet. I'm hoping this will be good.
|
| |
lame/mediocre band
|
| |
"Times of Grace was even more tepid and uninspired than any Killswitch album"
It was better than their most recent S/T album.
|
| |
Anything they release will be better than the S/T2. That was just unremarkable.
|
| |
It was better than their most recent S/T album. [2]
|
| |
I'll be surprised if this earns more than a 2.5 from me.
Digging: Cocteau Twins - Heaven Or Las Vegas
|
| |
although Jesse is an absolute dude, it's Adam D that drove the band downhill
I will be pleasantly surprised if this is worth more than a couple of listens, despite being a huge fan of AOJB
|
| |
Who has honestly given a shit about this band since they started making songs for the WWE
Digging: Steely Dan - Aja
|
| |
Ooooo jessie is back
Digging: Scale The Summit - The Migration
|
| |
big fucking deal, he's not the hole band
|
| |
Going to be as good as lamb of god was last year at best
|
| |
Gonna fucking rule.
|
| |
I will probably like it, as they were my favorite band when I was fifteen, although S/T2 was a complete shitfest
Digging: Poison the Well - You Come Before You
|
| |
Times of Grace was awful
|
| |
This will surely suck
|
| |
I predict a 3.5 to 3.3 average. With my rating being around a 4. Unless of course, KSE decides to pull an "All That Remains."
Digging: The Aquabats - The Fury of the Aquabats!
|
| |
Disarm The Decent. Guns for the 1%.
|
| |
Just saw them with periphery, it was extremely awesome.
|
| |
The Hymn of a Broken Man also had general track names like this, and it turned out to be a great
album.
BTW this was the band just a couple weeks ago:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rsst_aapf4Q
This band has great chemistry right now.
|
| |
Track names are absolutely terrible.
Digging: Dark Tranquillity - Construct
|
| |
Hoping this will be good. Song titles are bland but that isn't anything surprising.
|
| |
why do we need more from them?
|
| |
because they feel like it
|
| |
Their track names have always been pretty bad
Actually most metalcore track titles that i've seen are bad.
|
| |
Gmork sighting! :-O
Also I'll give this a listen since Jesse is back
|
| |
worth at least a listen.
|
| |
Of course it's worth a listen.
|
| |
with Jesse doing vocals, definitely.
|
| |
Dunno how this will be without Howie; he had a very unique voice and Jesse was always inconsistent.
On the other hand, their last album was pretty bland, so maybe a lineup change will spark some musical
change.
Digging: Scale The Summit - The Migration
|
| |
What are you talking about? Jesse had great vocals on AOJB.
|
| |
Track names are absolutely terrible.
The worst generic names imaginable.
Digging: Napalm Death - Inside the Torn Apart
|
| |
is it really a big deal?
|
| |
Jesse > howard
|
| |
AOJB kills, so I hope they go back to that style. The End of Heartache was good, and As Daylight Dies was decent too but gradually declined from Jesse's departure. If they go back to AOJB I will be a very happy man.
Digging: Counterparts - Prophets
|
| |
I bet "The Hell In Me" starts will a rousing spoken word section and "Always" is the touching ballad.
|
| |
I don't want a straight AOJB part two though. If the band wasn't conservative in the way they used
their talent while recording this album, it should be badass both technically and musically. I have a
feeling they might not go full out. With Jesse at the mic though, this will be
enjoyable no matter.
The Hell in Me sounds like a song that will blow heads off.
