Canadian indie-pop twins Tegan and Sara have announced that their seventh studio LP
Heartthrob will be released on 29 January, 2013. It will be their first album since
the release of Sainthood in 2009. The duo have already released the first single
'Closer', which hints at a move away from their traditional guitar-based songwriting into
synthpop territory.
