English post-metal band Light Bearer have posted a free download of their concert from Sedel in Luzurn, Switzerland. The show was June 1, 2012, during their European tour.
The band also posted details about their upcoming album, Silver Tongue, expected for release next Spring/Summer.
"I think we initially thought silver tongue would have a lighter feel to it, as the melodies Matthew had written were major, often uplifting. After yesterday we have found its actually the opposite, and has been very rewarding letting go of those preconceptions. Although there are many highs, the record appears a lot more brooding and altogether heavier than i ever imagined."
Silver Tongue track list:
1. "Beautiful is This Burden; The Catalyst"
2. "Amalgam: Construction of the Tower of Dis"
3. "Clarus, Lucifer’s Sermon"
4. "Matriarch, the First Eve"
5. "Aggressor and Usurper"
6. "Silver Tongue; Songs of Prophecy"
Damn, I thought their new one was coming out this year.
Digging: Ghostpoet - Some Say I So I Say Light
Facebook post doesn't work and the band has made no mention of this nor can I find anything about it on the net. Bummed.
There's a space in the link. Put the two numbers together and, hey presto.
Ooooooooh! My bad. I ignored that post because I thought it was just about the summer touring. Thanks.
they were supposed to release new stuff, this sucks
Digging: Mouth of the Architect - Quietly
being on hiatus and lineup changes tend to push back release dates (they have a new drummer and bassist). I messaged the band about it and all systems are go at the moment.
Well hey, at least they're still doing something.

Um, there is details about the new album due spring/summer next year.
Sure not this year, but at least they ARE releasing a new album soon.
Why would you complain about them not releasing anything? They released a monstrous album AND an EP last year. God forbid they take two years to release another album while also having two side projects that feature the same members.
^ this, and don't forget their half of the Northless split that was just as good
I forgot about that split. That alone was over 20 minutes, so the split and the EP equal one full length.
well the EP was only 9 minutes, but an extra half hour of good shit and a live album within a 18 months of their debut is nothing to sneeze at -- and all for free, mind you. maybe Isis was reincarnated after all.
