Bit apprehensive about this. Stingin' Belle was a bit average and double albums rarely work out.

Band has gone downhill in my view, maybe as they have become more popular the songs have become more mainstream. Infinitely Land and Blackened Sky were the best

Only Revolutions is my favorite album by these guys so for me they seem to be heading in a good direction.

It's prob just me. I have friends who think they are huge Biffy fans yet hadn't even heard of them until their 4th album

Not just you. Puzzle was bad. OR was worse. Sputnik negged my OR review into oblivion because I dared to write that that the music at hand was drivel. I still think it's drivel btw.

There's 4 other new songs being played live, and there's some good quality versions on YT. They sound like OR b-sides, and that makes me happy (as the b-sides were less despicable than the album proper). Sure, it's still not the same Biffy we love for their pre-Puzzle output... but what can we do.

Band is extremely hit or miss... I don't think now is the time for a double album.

"Their debut's still their best effort IMO"

I completely agree, Blackened Sky is great and Vertigo of Bliss is also quite good. We'll see what happens with this one...

Puzzle is my favorite by far, but OR was average. I'm hoping for a comeback
