Why bother stealing from musicians? Most can barely afford to tour. I recall, Conducting From the Graves once saying it actually cost them more money to tour than they make out of it.

i like how people seem to think that bands being robbed is a new epidemic or something. it's been happening for decades and it comes with the territory of parking a van in a sketchy part of town day to day. it sucks but it's always going to happen.

I like how when this happens to a band a bunch of people don't care for they hop on the bandwagon and are all "Woot! So glad it happened to this shitty band!"

Truth is, it sucks for any band. Don't even like these guys really musically, but especially if it's the same guy stealing everyone's equipment. Hope they catch the guy.

Even if you don't like the band, it still does suck. And this does seem to be happening a lot lately.

As much as I agree this is bullshit regardless if they're good, you can't really sit and talk about how tragic this is and how rough it already is for artists when we all illegally download music, maybe apples to oranges but not by much.

Regardless of your morally righteous fruits I still think it's pretty low to steal the bands equipment (especially from amazing musicians such as Animals As Leaders).
