is the title a reference to the modern metalcore scene

With Adam D producing it has a chance of being decent.
| |
Hopefully it will be more like The Fall of Ideals, but I seriously doubt it.
| |
I hope this is good, TFoI is still their best but the last album was a step in the right direction. I've always liked Phil's harsh vocals a lot and the rest of the band is usually pretty enjoyable.
| |
Ehhh. Adam D is boss though
Holy shit Tomas no pony avatar?!?!
| |
for we are many was a letdown in many ways so...
| |
I don't think they'll be like they were on FOI again.
Nice dig chuck.
| |
Figure this will suck.
| |
Thanks James. The Gardens All Nighters is one of the best songs ever
| |
You should check out some Of their earlier work if you like them. Civeta Dei is one of my favorite songs ever.
| |
Yeah man I've listened a bit. That song is incredible.
| |
This Darkened Heat was great. I miss old ATR.

Dev, I like you and all, but instead of posting this sort of thing in every news article's thread, have you actually brought it up anywhere else? (I.E. to the mods themselves, etc.)
I'm assuming yes, but never hurts to ask...
Personally, I've written a few news articles that got rejected and I sure as hell believe they were written better than some of these so IDK...
| |
Yeah I have, and my point still stands
| |
The instrumentation of All That Remains is sick, the problem since overcome are Labonte's vocals. This Darkened Heart and The Fall Of Ideals are both masterpieces.
| |
Adam D is the perfect producer for these guys, the guitars are gonna be so meaty
| |
For We Are Many ruled, and with Adam D returning as producer I'm expecting this to rule too
| |
The last album had a good ratio of mainstream songs to meaty metal songs. Seriously, Dead Wrong is one of the best ATR songs ever written.
| |
Phils harsh vocals were the best they've ever been on For We Are Many, but his cleans have never been as good as they were on The Fall Of Ideals
| |
Needs to be like Fall of Ideals
| |

Probably the same as all of the other ones, if I had to guess.
| |
^Lol zing
| |
Will be a 3-3.5
| |
nah a 2.5
| |
Adam D might save it.
| |
Gonna suck.
| |
They are pretty much the first metalcore album I ever listened to so I'm excited. FWaM was pretty good compared to Overcome but I'm still hoping for a true follow up to TFoI.
| |
Their last two albums were extremely disappointing so I'm not expecting much with this one.
| |
I'm trying not to get my hopes up, after I saw this article I spun FWAM. Reeeally mediocre album, more so than I remembered. Unless they really step it up this probably won't be any good.
| |
What bloc said
| |
really? who cares.. nothing good apart from first 2 albums..
| |
a big meh
| |
Kind of ashamed this band came from my home town...
| |
i only care about the fall of ideals
| |
adam D is so fucking generic
| |
why do announcements of new albums from boring metalcore bands always get the most comments
like seriously, who cares, move along
| |
and yet here i am commenting
fuck
| |
Last two albums were meh so I expect nothing different.
| |
This will be enjoyable, Labontes' vocals rule and all that remains shreds at times
I can dig 'em although they peaked during the fall of ideals I still have faith
