I liked this.

I enjoyed this quite a bit, as expected.

this has to be one of the best uses of a featured vocalist; loved the trade-offs between the two

Mehhhh, had potential but gosh those lyrics are terrible, the music is decent but not good enough to save the song.

didn't think the lyrics (well, the ones i could decipher) were THAT bad.

Fun and full of energy, though its hard to stomach some of the lyrics. Overall 3.5/5 Makes me excited to see where they go with the rest of the record.

Digging: Kylesa - Ultraviolet

Yeah I'm kinda disappointed in this. It isn't terrible, but it's not good either. And I can't stand Kellin so that didn't help at all either.

Hopefully the rest of the album is better than this.

I can handle only one whiney singer at a time, plus Kellin sucks so I won't listen.

pretty decent. not a huge fan of kellin's parts though. hopefully, the rest of the album is better.

vics voice has gotten a bit deeper, still very dope though. this band has always stood out to me. such solid instrumentals.

This song sounds like it was written by a different band than the one that wrote A Flair For the Dramatic.

I thought it was extrmely well written.

Digging: The Front Bottoms - Talon of the Hawk

Average, nothing more. I did enjoy Selfish Machines though so we'll see if they can top that effort this time. So far, it's not a good start.

Digging: Elos Arma - Mother/Father

This easily tops anything on Selfish Machines in my opinion. I also like the lyricism.

Band's been talented since still being Before Today.


Vocals and lyrics are pretty 10th grade though. Oh well.

Yeah I've been following these guys since 07, and I always thought Vic's lyrics were consistently awesome... Until this song.

this is gonna be overrated by a certain group of kids. the song sounded alright, lyrics are not my fancy.

this is a good song and i honestly have no problem with the lyrics. i just thought the breakdown and its transition were awkward. "fuck with this new beat" was stupid.
