Burzum RPG In The Works
2012-05-14 by hyperi0n STAFF | 87 Comments
In an interview with Varg posted on the Burzum official website, Varg has admitted that he will be working on a tabletop RPG, stating,

"I am not trying to revolutionize RPG gaming with this game or anything like that. I just wanted to add in a game some things I have always missed in other games and remove some things I didn't like, and then create a setting I would want to play in myself."
He will also be infusing much of his knowledge of the sorcery and religion of ancient Scandinavia into the IP, all while balancing this with his new inquiries into the superior Neanderthalic peoples, of which he is reporting Europeans are directly descended from.

More news soon to follow.

If his board games are like his music, it'll be overly repetitive with rules no one can understand.

If he incorporates half of the stuff he discusses in the interview, there's no way this could be lame. Too bad I don't play these things.

But if it is stupid, I'm sure there will be a way to turn it into a drinking game; like all things in life.
