Ronnie got into a fight in which a guy died (don't remember how) Max started the fight and Ronnie jumped in to protect him.
They arrested Ronnie for the death and Max didn't do shit to clear it up that Ronnie didn't kill him. So max is the reason

not showing up when he was suppose to and continuing to do
drugs. he showed up to a fight in the desert instigated by max with
some people. the other party brought a gun and a struggle ensued
between both parties, that of which ronnie was not involved, and a
wrestle between two people for the gun left one from the other
side dead. max's friend was let off because of self-defense and
then ronnie somehow became the scapegoat when no one else was
left to arrest or blame. ronnie may be an ego maniac douchebag
but an accomplice to murder he certainly is not. there ya go spec.

ETF before 2007 was great solely because of Ronnie, without him they might as well just beat a garbage can and sing their ABC's for music. With or without Max they still blow chunks. I'm so glad Ronnie is doing well! :D

This is really funny. Max has always struck me as a total dickbag, so it brings a smile to my face to read that he's been kicked out of two bands that he helped create. I hate both of these bands but hell, I'll give them a thumbs up for this.

Their debut EP, and LP were both good, borderline great IMO. Post Ronnie I couldn't recognize them.

All you people saying that Max deserved this, think about it for a second. He started Escape the Fate too, it was his dream and he had nothing to fall back on. What was he supposed to do he had nothing else, how do you think bands live? If they don't play shows they have no money to live just like if you have no job. He wasn't kicked out for drug problems, he was being alienated by the other members and he wasn't happy with them. As for him being out of The Natural Born Killers i don't even think that's true, but either way you should all take some time to find out the facts rather then just condemning him, his heart is in the right place and him and Ronnie are getting on just fine now. There isn't some big competition between Falling in Reverse and Escape the Fate, if you watch interviews you would see how stupid you are if you think it is a competition because Ronnie doesn't care and he hopes for the best for Max, and i do too because he deserves it he has been through so much and he's come back from it.
