Band grew on me big time & seeing them live consolidated that, since the guitarist can genuinely play.

One of my favourite bands, they've got an acoustic EP coming out next month too.

yeah, I think you mean, "solidified" or "confirmed" not "consolidated".

If you're kind of on the fence about this band, I'd recommend listening to the song found on their absolutepunk profile (http://www.absolutepunk.net/artists/showlink.php?do=showdetails&l=36252).

It's an acoustic version that I think is far superior to the original.

^yeah, they're definitely the worst "Wave" band. La Dispute and Defeater are my favorites with Touche Amore and Pianos Become The Teeth close behind. Really, Make Do And Mend is the only band in The Wave that I don't care about.

Make Do and Mend/Touche/La Dispute/Defeater are all the best Wave bands for me.
Pianos are just a little behind, never gotten into them as much.

MDAM are great though.

However, video sucks,

MDAM are the least 'hardcore' sounding and most melodic of them all, and therefore are my favourite. Although I've only listened to bits of the others...
