Just cuz Jesus and the Mary Chain is mentioned makes me think it might be awesome. I haven't listened to these guys in a long time.

Album will rule, everything I've heard so far sounds like it will be their best since their debut.

And yea, just post the link to NME instead of a link to pitchfork which links you to NME.

I'm not liking it as much as Under Cover of Darkness, but I think it could have been worse.
Also, there's a song that is supposedly a demo of a song from Angles called Life is Simple in the
Moonlight, and it sounds pretty damn good too.

Curse.

Loving the crystal castles inspired cover art.
Then game that is, not the band.

Huh. A Strokes song that doesn't sound like every other Strokes song. Sounds like Radiohead meets Jesus and the Mary Chain.

Huh, that sucks dude.

But yeah, cool to see them actually trying something interesting. And it's pretty catchy, so it's like the best of both worlds. Actually sorta excited for this now.

Remember when the music industry tried to convince us that these guys, The Hives, and The Vines with their shitty garage rock were the next big thing?

Ha, fuck that.

Does he say "I'm at the office, I'm at the office, I'm at the office", ha, I'd like to see Casablancas take a 9-5 slot.
