Minnesota Beatle Project Vol. 2

A cast of 125 Minnesota musicians will release the second in the Minnesota Beatle Project series on December 8.
The album features covers of popular Beatles tracks by local musicians, including rapper P.O.S. version of 'Dear John,' Soul Asylum performing 'Good Morning Good Morning' and the Meat Puppets and Ann Scott's cover of 'Tomorrow Never Knows.'
A sample of three tracks, including the aforementioned P.O.S. recording, can be streamed on the local public radio station's website. All proceeds will go to music and arts education in Minnesota state schools.
