All you had to do is say Jesse Korman...

Irepress with good vocals makes me cream my pants twice. The music seemed a bit more simple for Irepress, but it works so well. Song is awesome.
|
| |
just stopped listening to Boris for this
it was worth it
|
| |
I've already listened twice and downloaded it, then shared it on Facebook.
|
| |
I like Jesse with #12, but I'm not sure how he'll fit in with these guys. I'll have to download when I get home.
|
| |
You don't have anything to worry about.
|
| |
Oh, good. I was gonna worry about it the rest of the day. This is really a load off of my chest.
|
| |
Whew.
|
| |
Good thing is it doesn't stop there. On the next album Chino Moreno is guesting on at least one song. (he was in the studio with them a couple weeks ago)
|
| |
Cool! This keeps getting better.
|
| |
On the next album Chino Moreno is guesting on at least one song
Fuck, so the album will have one bad song already.
|
| |
My day is suddenly a lot better. Band rules.
|
| |

this
Ooooh....My love of Irepress is only matched by my kinda-like-sorta-indifference to No. 12
love both bands, #12 is way better on album, and live too.
and irepress is only really very good live.
|
| |
This song is a huge improvement for non-live Irepress.
|
| |
song is great but I hope new songs won't be like this, I like how there are no structures to their songs.
|
| |
"and irepress is only really very good live"
hehehehehe
|
| |
They're boring on album, tbh. And the production on the last one was ehhhh.
Maybe I feel like this because I saw them live before I ever heard their recordings, idk.
Also, DoubtGin, I like how you complain about how I'm a bad poster, but "heehehhee" when people disagree with you is about as far as you'll go to back up your opinions.
|
| |
Irepress bad on album? Psh, please.
|
| |
Holy shit.
Never heard of these guys before, and I hate #12.
But this was pretty good.
|
| |
Irepress bad on album? Psh, please.
Josh pretending his opinion matters? Psh, please.
The music's tight wow cool, it still is shitty songwriting and only works well in a live setting.
|
| |
WHAT THE FUCK??? SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!!! i've been wanting to hear new stuff from the dudes from #12 so a collaboration with one of my other favorite bands is great.
|
| |
On my 3rd listen. I like Irepress, but I love this.
|
| |
this rules. new album will rule. irepress rules.
|
| |
Josh pretending his opinion matters? Psh, please
It's no BMTH, but the song is pretty good.
|
| |
Yeah dude, because Bring Me The Horizon and Irepress play comparible styles, and Irepress' songs generally aren't completely directionless.
|
| |

THIS
thank you

Not surprisingly, you completely missed the point of my post.
Also, comparable*
|
| |
Putting the first copy on YouTube now to spread this greatness
|
| |
Atta boy.
|
| |
I should add BTMH to the tags.
|
| |
Bring the me Horizon?
|
| |
Sol Eye Sea I kinda got old after a while, but i am really liking this song. cant wait for the new album.
|
| |
The music still rules, vocals (or should I say vo-killz amirite) suck.
|
| |
sol eye sea i rulezzzz and so does this. irepress need to come down under
|
| |
I didn't like this all that much
|
| |
oh, that's probably my problem. I'll listen again.
|
| |
Slightly better on second listen.
|
| |
Yeah this is for sure more structured than Irepress songs usually are. When the opening riff started, I was like "eh?".
But the song rules overall. Band is so good.
|
| |
Not surprisingly, you completely missed the point of my post.
I got the point, but I felt it necessary to clarify the actual comparison being made
Also, comparable*
Oof, thanks for the correction. =)
|
| |
Always. ;)
|
| |
vocals ruined this for me. i like me my irepress instrumental.
|
| |
Me too, but the vocals are good here.
|
| |
The cleans are a bit monotonous, their bassist needs to scream on this, cause his vocals are sick, and Jesse's screams are too layered and distorted.
The ideas are good, as usual with these guys, but the execution's a bit off. I like that the song actually goes somewhere for once a lot.
|
| |
Damn that was a good song. album will fucking rule.
|
| |
yes
|
| |
shit I want to listen to this, but I sincerely hope they don't feature vocals on all tracks
|
| |
Yeah, I know. Chino is going to be on at least one track. Way to fuck things up, Irepress.
|
| |
Chino will be so good for them.
Also, this band is boring without vocals.
|
| |
Good song is good.
|
| |
havnt hear dof either band before but i rather enjoyed this song. ahh sputnik, this is why i love you so.
|
| |
mappy with more pithy contradictions
song still sounds like Irepress but idk if I like it
|
| |
What did I say that was contradictory?
|
| |
remember when pelican tried to add vocals?
yeah and did a great job with them
|
| |
stop being so contradictory
|
| |
everyone's like the song is good, Irepress rocks and you're like the song is okay and Irepress isn't that good
|
| |
jesse korman.
|
| |
everyone's like the song is good, Irepress rocks and you're like the song is okay and Irepress isn't that good
oh man, how dare i have my own opinion!... one that I've ELABORATED on.
|
| |
Josh pretending his opinion matters? Psh, please
oh man, how dare i have my own opinion
Irony or stupidity?
Both, really.
|
| |
'Cause we all know I was like, being dead serious...
|
| |
His sarcasm was serious. It was also stupid, as demonstrated.
|
| |
Very.
|
| |
mappy man i was just messing around
