Personally I don't see a problem with it, it's free music. Stuff like this gets posted by non-band members and it's fine, this is really no different.

@Horsefly. I don't really mean anything by it, it was just the first term to come to mind when describing your method of advertisement. I'll listen to it later today.
[Edit]: Also, I said shameless, but is there really any shame in it? We would be mad if some big band like Radiohead or Green Day came here to needlessly advertise for free, but you're a young band and need all the word of mouth you can get. I can empathize with you in that part.
Good Music too, I really love the vocalist; she has a great voice. Somewhere right below a 4 for me. Somewhere in the 3.7-3.9/5 range (which translates on this site as: "Pretty nice music, definitely something at least worth giving a cursory listen.) Keep up the good work ^_^

Pretty good on first listen. Seems like something that could grow on me too.
Also, I see no problem with the band posting this themselves. Seems like a good move to me. Maybe more bands should do it.

Listened to parts of it. Pretty good, I'm seeing it as a 3.5, maybe a 4. Nice work.

that could be very bad aswell, lets just hope that people with bands that suck will stray from doing that, i for one wouldnt do it, too scared to get bashed by sputnikers S:
