Wait, its been streaming on their myspace for months.
| |
........ cool
| |
didn't like this upon hearing the original stream. time to give it another chance
| |
Great album
| |
Very nice.
| |
I've already had this for a while, so...
| |
Album rules so hard.
| |
Yes it does.
| |
Themata was better.
| |
When I saw the title I was like "Already?!" Then i got disappointed
| |
Gonna check this out, I loved Themata so I'll probably like this too.
| |
does this mean it can be classed as a 2010 album?
| |
This still goes on my 09 list.
| |
'Themata' owns.
'Sound Awake' was less catchy, but still awesome nonetheless.
| |
does this mean it can be classed as a 2010 album?
I would expect so
| |
No, it's a 2009 album
| |
When was it first released? In 2009
| |
do we give a shit about someguest?
nah
Fixed
| |
I put on Themata more than this, but it's still good.
| |
this is sputnikmusic
And? This album made Sputnik's best of 09 list
| |
Maybe I do someguest
| |
Themata was fuckloads better. This album actually gets more stale for me everytime I hear it.
| |
Yeah Themata just has the better hooks.
The title track on Themata> Anything else they've done imo.
| |
COTE > Anything else they've done
| |
That's my second favorite. Idk, that Themata riff just gets me every time, it's so awesome.
| |
See, for me it's just the sheer emotion of him singing lines like "I don't think you like me now" or "Have you heard, it's a silent dream?". You can actually hear the unrequited love in his voice.
| |
Oh yeah, his delivery is great, I really like that one too. The opening 1-2 punch of those two tracks is great.
| |
One of the best Australian releases in a long, long time. Leaps and bounds ahead musically of themata. Sonically perfect in so many respects. Do not ignore this.
| |
themata is definitely a good album, but there is tons more depth in sound awake. not to mention everything from the production to ian's voice is much more flexible. the first minute of the caudal lure is just too sick
| |
I like Birds of Tokyo more than the 'vool, unfortunately. I got their live album today, shall be insane! And I liked Themata more than Sound Awake too.
