Alternative metal outfit Sevendust have released a new song, entitled 'Forever Dead,' from their upcoming album Cold Day Memory for streaming on MySpace.

Holy shit, Sevendust is still a band? I remember seeing them at some 'metal' festival in like... grade 6.
Oddly, mexican, I don't completely disagree. Ain't half bad. I still like the lead singer's voice, pretty unique.

Unimpressive opening sequence, what the fuck Lajon's vocals sound so clean here. Chorus is moderately cool, guitars suck. Still stoked to have a new Sevendust album with Clint.

I was honestly half expecting a fail (they've been consistent for a good while now, apparently they've still got plenty of material).
And yeah, I heard the band is moving in a heavier direction, hella stoked for the new album.
