Our Lady Peace Album For 2010
2010-01-18 by J. Ponton EMERITUS | 9 Replies | 2333 Views

Our Lady Peace frontman Raine Maida has revealed to Alternate Addiction that the band are planning to release a new album in 2010.

Maida stated: "We are going to continue to write, I have already been doing some stuff here in LA.”

Additionally, Maida revealed that he has already begun work on his second solo album, which he plans to release this year: "I’ve been jonesin’ to make another solo record, and I am going to do that as well, so there is going to be a lot of music coming out this year.

"It’s still going to be very different from OLP, but it’s [also] going to be very electric this time. It’s just gotten a little bit bigger and maybe a little bit brighter from my last record."

More excited for the solo album. As for Our Lady Peace, I don't want another Naveed or Clumsy, but something with more rock in it would be nice.

Sounds more like he was tossing that out there to bring attention to his solo album from this. Vague quote about writing material and then gushing about the solo effort.

I liked Burn Burn, and that was released only last year. These guys keep themselves busy.
