Radiohead enter studio

2009-05-18 by ninjuice | 91 Comments
Colin Greenwood revealed to Nme.com that him and his bandmates entered the studio last week to begin working on their follow up to In Rainbows. He was also eager to praise producer Nigel Godrich, who's worked with them on every album since OK Computer.

Quote:
We've just started work [in the studio] last week," he said. "It's really cool and everything is sounding great. It's early days and it is a bit like having a scrapbook at the moment because everything is up in the air, but it's good to be back in the studio.

[on working with Godrich] He's brilliant. He can make everything sound like it's working together rather than us trying to kill each other.

He spoke to the news magazine at Brighton's Great Escape Festival over the weekend.

tinathefatlard: I say Kid A, Ok Computer, The Bends, then the rest. However maybe start with The Bends as it´s widely considered to be the most accessible.

Oh and: shit yes. So much good music is coming out (well, I kinda assume it will all be good).

the only ones without at least a three year gap in them are the bends - ok (2 years) and kid a - amnesiac (which doesnt count since they recorded them at the same time)

Right. I have no feelings towards you as an anything. I don't think i've ever noticed you. But you keep watching from the shadows.

The fact that i don't have to delve into the realm of baseless accusations or petty insults pretty much demonstrates i am considerably more mature than you. No effort necessary.

You may want to put some more into your "trolling", though. Because this showing was particularly pathetic. Even for this website.

Valentin, he wasn't "trolling" or even throwing up "baseless accusations or petty insults." He's got a point with the "kid" thing, so really, you were making "baseless accusations" about his age and now with your most recent post, your maturity level. Seriously, hop off the high horse. Not everybody will love you, but that's no reason to make yourself more detestable.

I just bought a really nice suit for a wedding past Sunday, it was really smooth. I have wide shoulders but skinny legs so I look like some weird upside-down triangle.

I would because obviously you do care, everyone does don't give me that shit. Some people brush it off and later rant about it to their friends, some cut themselves.

We're also on a music site. I like a band, you call them dull, I'll call you dull. It's nothing personal.

So? There are plenty of younger people on this website and you might have to realize that not everybody types up to your eloquent standard. In fact, a lot of the staff members type without proper grammar, but still communicate with 100% less arrogance. You really do care about being liked, otherwise you wouldn't be defending your maturity and sense of style.
