Get your foam surf boards ready as crossover kings Municipal Waste have announced that they're planning to start recording their as-of-yet untitled new album this March at Red Planet Studios in their hometown of Richmond, VA.
Earache Records confirms that the thrashing four piece has just about completed the writing process for the follow-up to 2007's The Art of Partying.
Frontman Tony Foresta commented on the writing process, saying, "So far the song writing is coming off a lot more aggressive than our previous efforts."
Drummer Dave Witte adds, "This set of new songs are challenging and super fun to play, we turned up the aggressive and speed knobs while keeping the good time intact."
The album will be produced by Zeuss, who worked with the band on their previous release The Art of Partying.
Haha, I saw them in Richmond and it was fun as hell. They sell these little surf-board things and you crowd surf with them, and people go crazy with them.
