I saw this in a myspace bulletin the other day and thought about posting it, but didn't.

Will definitely be getting the dvd when it's eventually released. This Message Edited On 12.18.08

I like PTH, and I saw them live in a pretty small venue...I was hoping that they would be good...they weren't. If they play well on this DVD though it has the potential to be awesome.

I'm sure they'd step it up for a dvd performance. If not, well, I'm worried. I missed them when they came around to the UK, so I don't know what they're like. This Message Edited On 12.18.08

They played their songs way too slow when I saw them but it was pretty tight. Sequoia Throne and The Dissentience especially.

i am so incredibly disappointed i have to teach tomorrow. mother effer! this band has been a close personal fave for years now, and i am so happy to see them do so well with their incredible talents.

hopefully they do an actual headline tour again soon. i am not gonna pay to see them open for half arsed metalcore bands. this band deserves every bit of recoginition they get

Ha, my only choice for seeing them this year was with deathcore/metalcore acts. I missed it, but from what I've heard they weren't well recieved.

Damn kids...

Really? When I saw them at Warped they played everything at normals speed, and I'm certain they played Sequoia Throne a tiny bit faster...

Nah, Moe (and sometimes Arif) definitely play stuff slower. It's all the pot they smoke.

Would be better if they didnt blow live, but a fun band.
Rodey is a hilarious guy so the dvd could be a good time.

They don't blow live, especially in the last few years. Assuming they're sober(ish), they've gotten really tight.

They played just fine on the tour PhantomLimb mentioned, and that's a good starting point as they were pretty much out of their element there. Going to grab this anyway.

Watching the stuff of them playing live on youtube, they seem to be really good live, especially the vocalist. I'm definitely getting this...

I'm sure they did play well, my point was that they didn't get a very good reception 'cause they weren't bringing "br00tal pitting breakdowns" etc.

I want this dvd to be out NOW.This Message Edited On 12.19.08This Message Edited On 12.19.08

PTH is very good live. Rody, in my mind, is easily one of the best singers in metal, and his live performance proves it. Arif is wayy too good. This should be top-notch.

i blazed a blunt with moe before it was cool shit, but like johnnyblaze said they're amazing. fitchburg warped tour was nasty, as was the higher ground in vermont and both times at the palladium i have no complaints.
